Consumer Terms

Contracting party

The specific seller is identified before payment and in the booking confirmation. Pražské minuty s.r.o. sells direct games; the relevant franchisee sells franchise-operated games.

Services

Date-specific games, private and corporate events, temporary access to online scenarios, individually agreed services, and vouchers.

Account

Registration uses team name, email, telephone (optional), password, and team size. The customer must protect login credentials.

Order

Before confirmation, the customer sees the seller, service, date, place, price, currency, cancellation rules, payment provider, and legal documents. The final button must state Order and pay.

Scenario access

A consumer receives access only after the game begins. B2B access is governed by the individual agreement.

Withdrawal

The standard 14-day withdrawal right will ordinarily not apply to a date-specific leisure service. Mandatory rights remain unaffected.

Consumer cancellation

• 168+ hours before the game start: 100 % refund
• 48 to under 168 hours: 60 % refund
• 24 to under 48 hours: 40 % refund
• Under 24 hours: no refund

Exact time is used.

Rescheduling

Treated as cancellation of the original booking. A new booking is made separately at current availability and price.

No-show

No timely cancellation means no refund, including partial team attendance.

Seller cancellation

The customer may choose a replacement date, full-value voucher, or full refund.

Refund

Through the original payment method or voucher where expressly chosen by the customer.

Vouchers

Valid 6 months; single full-value use; transferable; multiple vouchers and discounts may be combined; customer may pay a price difference; valid only with the issuer; unused value is lost; extension is discretionary.

Complaints

Submitted to the seller; consumer complaints are handled within the statutory period, ordinarily 30 days.

Intellectual property

The scenario may be used only for the booked game. Copying, repeat operation, distribution, translation, or use to train automated systems is prohibited without permission.

Governing law

Czech law applies where Pražské minuty s.r.o. is seller, without removing mandatory consumer protection. Local franchise terms apply otherwise.
